Description Of Tuition Service

I'm currently working as teaching assistant in university, i also conduct tuition classes in tuition center and having home tuition. As being a tuition teacher about 3 years, i found that tuition must be carry out with two ways communication with the students. Having discussion with the students will make them learn faster and feel interesting in learning.
